AYA Bank remains firmly committed to fostering a workplace culture where diversity is respected, equity is upheld, inclusion is practiced, and every individual feels a true sense of belonging. In line with this commitment, we successfully conducted a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Awareness Talk under the theme “One AYA, One Heart” (နှလုံးသားတူညီ ဧရာဝတီ). The event took place on 12th December 2025 at the Pathein Room, Rowe Head Office, bringing together employees from different departments. Colleagues from branches across the country also joined the session online, ensuring broad participation and reinforcing AYA Bank’s spirit of unity across locations.

The session commenced with an inspiring welcome address by Daw Khin Ma Ma, Vice Chairperson of AYA Bank, who emphasized the importance of cultivating a workplace where every voice is valued and every individual is empowered to contribute meaningfully. Her remarks set the tone for an open and reflective discussion on DEIB as a shared responsibility across the organization.

The panel discussion was skillfully moderated by U Htun Htun Lin, General Manager of AYA Bank, and featured distinguished panelists: Daw Kyawt Kay Thi Win, Country Director of BCGE; Daw Jasmine Thazin Aung, Chief Executive Officer of AYA Bank; U Minn Wint Oo, Chief Operating Officer of AYA Bank; and Daw Lwin Lwin Aung, Chief Financial Officer of AYA Bank. The panelists shared thoughtful insights, leadership perspectives, and practical experiences, highlighting how DEIB principles are integral to organizational growth and sustainability.

Through meaningful dialogue and shared reflections, the discussion reinforced that Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging are not merely abstract values, but a collective commitment that shapes AYA Bank’s culture, strengthens its people, and guides its future direction.

The “One AYA, One Heart” DEIB Awareness Talk served as a powerful reminder that when we embrace our differences and work together with mutual respect and understanding, we move forward as one united organization, that is stronger, more inclusive, and ready to grow together.
