A facility offered to importers to facilitate importation of goods through the issuance of a LC in favor of the seller beneficiary. May be used as payment instrument when issued as a payment LC or as a contingent instrument to ensure performance i.e. SBLC

A service to importers where bank acts as an agent for collection of financial and commercial document

Shipping Guarantee

A joint guarantee by bank and the importer to obtain release of goods imported before the arrival of shipping documents
