A. SEND and RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS

Send Instruction:

1. Go to AYA QUICK Remit location in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Melaka).
2. Fill in the “Send Application Form” including full name, Passport Number, Work Permit/VISA/Immigration Card and Contact Information.
3. Give the agent the completed form along with the money you wish to send, the sending fees and identification documents.
4. Receive the customer’s copy of send form, note the authorized signature and money transfer transaction number.
5. Contact the beneficiary and relay the information (amount received in Kyats, prefer collection branches and transaction number) required to collect money.

Receive Instruction:

1. Go to prefer collection branches of AYA branches and other banks’ braches that link with AYA Bank.
2. Provide the information of the transaction number and amount to receive.
3. Hand in the National Identification Card Number and receive cash.
