A. SEND and RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS

Send Instruction:

1. Go to Maybank Money Express locations in Malaysia (Branches lists are as follow).
2. Fill in the “Send Application Form” including full name, Passport Number, Work Permit/VISA/Immigration Card and Contact Information.
3. Give the agent the completed form along with the money you wish to send, the sending fees and identification documents.
4. Receive the customer’s copy of send form, note the authorized signature and 16-digit security code.
5. Contact the beneficiary and relay the information (amount received in Kyats, prefer collection branches and 16-digit security code) required to collect money.

Receive Instruction:

1. Go to any AYA branches
2. Provide the 16-digit security code.
3. Hand in the National Identification Card Number and receive cash.
