AYA World Travel Card offers currency options (MMK, USD, SGD, and EURO) to reload your card and the default currency is Myanmar Kyats (MMK).For overseas usage, you can reload your card in respective currencies. (This feature is only applicable to new card issuing)

Statement Inquiry
You can request your card statement at the nearest branches or simply send email to support.card@ayabank.com by providing cardholder’s name, NRC and Card Number.
Balance Inquiry
You can check your balance in MMK (MMK Wallet) at the nearest ATM where Visa is accepted.
Card Block and Termination
You can Block your card by calling to our customer service (01) 2317777 or visit to the nearest AYA Bank Branch when your card gets lost or stolen.
