Celebrating “15 Years of Trust, A Future Built on Innovation” with Anniversary Townhall

On 8th August 2025, AYA Bank marked a remarkable milestone with the theme “15 Years of Trust, a Future Built on Innovation” for a special Anniversary Townhall, bringing together employees nationwide both in person at the Pathein Room, Rowe Office, and virtually online. The celebration was filled with reflection, gratitude, and inspiration, honoring the Bank’s journey and envisioning the path forward.
The event began with heartfelt opening remarks from Founder Chairman, U Zaw Zaw, who reaffirmed AYA Bank’s commitment to delivering excellent service to customers, stakeholders, and the community. He also encouraged employees to embrace mindfulness, empathy, forgiveness, and continuous personal and organizational growth.
A highlight of the program was the “Crystal Heroes” sharing session, hosted by CEO, Daw Jasmine Thazin Aung, where colleagues shared their journeys, challenges, and achievements. Their inspiring stories reflected AYA Bank’s growth and sustainability, vibrant corporate culture, focus on individual development, and the importance of innovation in shaping the Bank’s future.
In recognition of unwavering loyalty, AYA Bank honored its 15 Years Crystal Heroes, presenting appreciation gifts to employees who have dedicated 15 years of service — a true testament to commitment and shared success.
Adding a spirit of fun and creativity, the 15th Crystal Anniversary Team Photo Challenge saw enthusiastic participation from teams across the Bank. In the Townhall, 15 winning teams were awarded for their outstanding and spirited entries.
The celebration concluded with closing remarks from Executive Chairman, Daw Khin Saw Oo, who reinforced our shared vision for the future and appreciation to everyone’s contribution to AYA Bank’s success.
